The Tennessee Department of Education handles public requests for duplicate diplomas,, which have historically been processed using paper forms. Currently, the department is transitioning from a paper-based system to a digital format to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.

If you are requesting a duplicate diploma, you can do so through the TNDOE website at duplicate diploma and education verification webpage. TNDOE request that you do so using the online form.
